Bought my first cucumbers at my favorite farmers market today!

You’ll want to try this lighter, leaner cucumber salad. It’s a welcome addition to heavier traditional picnic dishes. Crisp, crunchy and full of flavor. Plus, it keeps well in the refrigerator for a week or more! Take it to the next potluck and watch it disappear!

It’s a cinch to make and a favorite of our teenage granddaughters! They eat it by the bowlful and call it “cukies”! I bet it’ll become part of your summertime recipe rotation!
