What’s the Story?

Finally, Disney is getting its first Polynesian princess! After much anticipation, Disney has finally unveiled a teaser for Moana. Moana follows the story of a teenage Polynesian Princess and her epic oceanic voyage to fulfill her ancient ancestors’ quest and save her people. Along the way, she meets a once mighty demi-god named Maui who assists Moana on her quest.  Maui realizes it’s going to take more than a song and dance to impress the princess.

They sail across the South Pacific on an action-packed journey encountering monsters and defying unimaginable odds. On her adventure, she finds the one thing she had always been looking for: herself.
